In the Ye-Vidhuk system, analytics is not just a list of answers, but structured data for decision-making. We use three world standards for measuring customer experience.
Net Promoter Score — loyalty level. Shows if customers are ready to recommend you.
Customer Satisfaction — satisfaction with a specific visit or service.
Customer Effort Score — how easy it was for the customer to get what they wanted.
Dashboard KPI Cards
When you enter survey analytics, the first thing you see are the key performance indicators:
- Total Responses: Total number of completed questionnaires.
- Completed: Number of surveys completed to the last step.
- Completion Rate: Percentage of completion. If it's below 70%, your survey is too long.
- Avg Time: Time spent on completion. Ideally — up to 45 seconds.
Trends and Visualization
The Response Trends chart allows you to see customer activity by day. This helps identify anomalies: for example, a sharp spike in negative feedback on a specific Tuesday might be related to a staff change or technical failure.
Tip: Use the location filter to compare the performance of different points in your network in real-time.
