How long does the full setup take?

Do I need a special printer for QR codes?
No. The QR code can be printed on any office printer. SVG format allows scaling from a 3×3 cm sticker to an A3 poster without quality loss. You can also display the QR code on a tablet screen or TV.
What does the customer see after scanning?
The customer lands on a branded feedback form with your logo and colors. The form is responsive for mobile devices, loads in 1-2 seconds. The customer doesn't need to register, install an app, or enter personal data — feedback is anonymous by default.
How does Behavioral Analytics work?
The system automatically collects metadata about the form completion process: how long the customer spent on each question, in what order they filled it out, where they stopped and left (dropoff), how many times they returned to previous questions.
